Come join us for an immersive experience of mindfulness, yoga, meditation to bring inner awareness and spaciousness in the body, mind, and heart to help rejuvenate!

Rustic Beach Path

Through the practice of asanas & breath focused mindful movements we will work on releasing the body's physical tension and tightness to create space in the body. This will allow us to breathe deep and smooth and will encourage us to draw our mind inward. Stress and the habitual holding of the mind-body will be further released through the practices of pranayama, and deep relaxation to incline the nervous system toward balance. 

We will augment our ability to meet life's greatest challenges by practicing mindfulness of  letting go and gratitude. You will be encouraged to the practices of silent meditation (shorter and longer times) and various mindfulness practices- lying, sitting, standing, and moving with ample time for self-reflections and contemplation.

We will further embark on a wonderful and creative journey with mindfulness of Zentangle, a method which is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. It is a meditative art process that helps calming the mind, and brings the focus to the present moment!

You will leave this retreat refreshed and inspired - ready for the next stage of your life with deeper connection towards self and others!

Please Note: No prior yoga or meditation experience required to attend this program.

Cost per person*: Double Occupancy- $TBD; Single Occupancy- $TBD

Details: The cost of this retreat is per person, includes all programming, lodging, boarding, and 3 vegetarian meals daily. We will begin Thursday evening with dinner at 6pm and will end on Sunday after lunch.

More details will be provided upon registration!


*Please Note Cancellation Policy: 80% of the full payment made by the participant will be refunded upon any cancellation of the reservation made prior to 45 days of the start date of the program. Due to our agreement with the Retreat Center, there are no refunds or exchanges for the cancellation made less than 45 days of the start date of the program.
