Autumn is a natural doorway into transition, a season that gently invites us to release what no longer serves us. As the leaves turn to shades of red, orange, and gold, and the crisp ocean breeze moves through the body, we are reminded that letting go can be both grounding and liberating.

 

This Relax & Renew Retreat is an invitation to step away from the demands of daily life and enter a space of unwinding, renewal, and inner nourishment held by the calming rhythm of the ocean.

Rustic Beach Path

This retreat is thoughtfully designed and guided by a Certified Yoga Therapist, bringing a deeper, more personalized and therapeutic approach to your experience. Rooted in both traditional yoga wisdom and modern understanding of the body and nervous system, the program is created to support meaningful and sustainable change.

Through a carefully curated blend of yoga therapy, mindfulness, meditation, and breath work, this immersive experience is designed to create space in the body, quiet the mind, and open the heart.

Our practices will gently guide you to:

  • Release physical tension and habitual holding patterns in the body

  • Cultivate a deeper, smoother, and more conscious breath

  • Support nervous system regulation and resilience

  • Develop greater awareness, presence, and inner spaciousness

 

Using asana and breath-centered mindful movement, we will work progressively to soften tightness, improve mobility, and support a sense of embodied ease. As the body opens, the breath deepens and practicing the meditative pranayama the mind naturally begins to settle inward. You will be further encouraged to the various practices of Mindfulness.

Autumn teaches us the wisdom of letting go. Throughout the retreat, you will be invited into practices of:

  • Self-inquiry and reflection

  • Gratitude and acceptance

  • Conscious release of what no longer aligns

 

With ample time for journaling, contemplation, and self-connection, you’ll have the space to integrate your experience in a meaningful and personal way.

Cost per person*: Registration is confirmed when paid in full

Early Bird Specials until July 30th: Double Occupancy- $685; Single Occupancy- $745 

After July 30th: Double Occupancy- $735; Single Occupancy- $795

 

Details: No prior yoga or meditation experience required to attend this program. The cost of this retreat is per person, includes all programming, lodging, boarding, and 3 vegetarian meals daily. We will begin Thursday evening with dinner at 6pm and will end on Sunday after lunch.

More detailed schedule will be provided upon registration!

 

*Please Note Cancellation Policy: 50% of the full payment made by the participant will be refunded upon any cancellation of the reservation made prior to 45 days of the start date of the program. Due to our agreement with the Retreat Center, there are no refunds or exchanges for the cancellation made less than 45 days of the start date of the program.
