Amid the holiday rush, take some time to slow down and press the pause button. Join us for a weekend retreat at the beach to relax and rejuvenate as we transition to the New Year!

Come join our December Relax & Renew Retreat focusing on mindfulness, movement, and meditation for bringing awareness and spaciousness in the body, mind, breath, and heart.

Calm Sea

Through the practice of asanas and mindful movements, we will work on releasing body's physical tension and stiffness to move more freely. Stress and the habitual holding of the mind & body will be released through pranayama and breath training practices to incline the nervous system toward balance. We will augment the ability to meet life's greatest challenges with the practices of loving kindness and compassion mindfulness. You will be guided to mindfulness practices (moving, standing, sitting) and into deep systematic relaxation. There will be silent periods and time for rest & reflection.

Where: Emerald Isle, NC (in-person!)

Details: The cost of this retreat, inclusive of lodging, boarding, and meals, is $260 per person. The teachings by YogaSheila and Julie VonderHaar will be offered on a donation basis. We will begin Friday evening at 6pm and will end on Sunday at 11am.
