Service Description

This is a yoga class which meets you where you are in your exploration of yoga. The class is centered around Breath aligned movements & is suitable for participants at a variety of capability levels from beginner to intermediate level yoga practitioners to enjoy a series of asanas, and pranayama to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Class begins with centering followed by warmups, some essential asanas to energize various parts of the body, followed by systematic relaxation & light pranayama. What to bring to the class: A Yoga mat, a couple of yoga blankets, & two blocks or use books if you don’t have (recommended) Other Suggestions: Do not eat a meal up to 2 hours before the class

Cancellation Policy

If you sign up and pay for any YogaSheila activity and are unable to attend please contact us to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. You receive a refund minus a 15% fee, or you can get a full refund credited to your YogaSheila studio account (this credit can be used toward any purchase for up to 6 months). If we receive your cancellation request less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the activity, a refund minus 25% deducted from the payment. Cancellation requests must be made by email to: If you cancel on the day of or after the program has taken place, a refund minus 40% will be deducted from the payment. There are no make-up class or discount for any missed classes. An activity could occasionally be cancelled by the studio if there’s insufficient interest, or if a teacher has an emergency. If cancelled you will be notified by email as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund or full credit toward your YogaSheila Studio account if you choose.
