Service Description

Supporting individuals with evidence-informed yoga practices for healing, resilience, and well-being. Yoga therapy sessions are a great way to address specific health concerns or needs and to establish your personal practice. This may include movements and asanas, breath work, meditation and working toward your personal goals. The sessions are customized and offered as per your convenience of day and time. Please note: The first initial consultation session is $85 for 90-120 minutes long. Each session thereafter is $85 for 75 minutes or $399 for 5 sessions of 75 minutes each. The sessions need to be completed within three months of timeframe from the date you begin your first of 5 sessions. To schedule a yoga therapy session, please include your desired day and the time preference when you register.

Cancellation Policy

If you sign up and pay for any YogaSheila private yoga sessions/yoga workshops/short yoga courses/ongoing yoga classes and are unable to attend please contact us to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. You receive a refund minus a 15% fee. Or you can get a full refund credited to your YogaSheila studio account (this credit can be used toward any purchase for up to 6 months). If we receive your cancellation request less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the activity, a refund minus 25% deducted from the payment. If you cancel on the day of the start of the program, a refund minus 40% will be deducted from the payment. No refund of any kind will be given after the program has started. A special consideration will be given in case of any serious health related cancellation requests for credit only (no refund) to be used up within 6 months from the date of payment made. Thereafter no credit of any kind. For cancellation requests must be made by email to: jyoti@yogasheila.com. There are no make-up class or discount for any missed classes. An activity could occasionally be cancelled by the studio if there’s insufficient interest, or if a teacher has an emergency. If cancelled you will be notified by email as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund or full credit toward your YogaSheila Studio account if you choose.
